What to include in a support request
- The Office host and platform (for example Excel desktop, PowerPoint web, or Word desktop).
- The affected Qlik tenant, app, and object or definition name if known.
- The approximate UTC time of the issue and any visible error message.
- The user email or tenant context involved in the failure.
- The
x-correlation-idwhen available.
