Engineering escalation

If a release-blocking platform issue needs engineering assistance, include the affected tenant, timestamp, host, and any captured correlation ID.

What to include in a support request

  • The Office host and platform (for example Excel desktop, PowerPoint web, or Word desktop).
  • The affected Qlik tenant, app, and object or definition name if known.
  • The approximate UTC time of the issue and any visible error message.
  • The user email or tenant context involved in the failure.
  • The x-correlation-id when available.
