Data Skybridge processes

• User identity and tenant context needed for authentication, entitlement issuance, and audit logging.
• Qlik tenant connection metadata such as host URL, labels, and OAuth client identifiers configured by administrators.
• Entitlement and override records that determine feature access and offline grace behavior.
• Aggregated operational telemetry such as entitlement activity, connection counts, refresh counts, and error events.

Data Skybridge does not store as product telemetry

• Raw customer data extracted from Qlik apps as analytics telemetry.
• End-user Office document content as part of the licensing service's aggregated usage reporting.
• Backend secrets or PKCE verifiers in Office add-in local storage as durable configuration artifacts.

Operational notes

Skybridge uses audit events, entitlement records, and correlation IDs to support incident investigation and customer support. Telemetry is intended to remain aggregated and operational rather than content-level.

Directory integration is opt-in per tenant. When enabled, directory assignments are synchronized for entitlement and access-policy purposes according to the configured tenant settings.
